Cancellation and No-Show

At The Well, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all our valued clients. To maintain the quality of our services and ensure availability for all, we have implemented the following Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

1. Booking with a Card on File:

When booking an appointment with The Well, clients are required to provide a valid credit card to secure their reservation. Your card information will be securely stored, and you will not be charged at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

3. Charges for Late Cancellation:

Clients who cancel their appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee will be equivalent to half of the booked service price.

4. No-Show Policy:

A “no-show” occurs when a client misses their appointment without prior notification. In such cases, the full amount of the booked service will be charged to the credit card on file.

5. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us by phone at 757-355-5412 or through our online booking system at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

6. Acknowledgment:

By booking an appointment with The Well, you acknowledge and agree to our Cancellation and No-Show Policy.

7. Late Arrivals:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to arriving late for your appointment. While we will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, please note that your appointment may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients.

8. Exceptional Circumstances:

We recognize that certain exceptional circumstances may affect your ability to keep your appointment. If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception to our policy, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances.

9. Refund Policy:

Refunds for cancellations or no-shows are provided solely in accordance with this Cancellation and No-Show Policy.
